No Refunds

All sales are final. Chrasherout does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services, regardless of the reason.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly or within a short time frame. Once delivered, digital products cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense. This policy protects both Chrasherout and our legitimate customers from fraud and abuse.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, PayPal, or any other payment provider is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed:

• Your access to all Chrasherout products and services will be permanently revoked.
• You will be permanently banned from all future purchases.
• We reserve the right to take further action to recover any losses, including fees imposed by payment processors as a result of fraudulent disputes.

Before You Purchase

Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your order. If you have questions about a product or service, contact us on our Discord server before buying.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue — either by completing the delivery or finding an alternative solution. This does not constitute a refund and is handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
